This wonderful collection of Australian Wildflowers is stitched using a variety of rayon threads and fused organza for some of the leaves and gumnuts. It is stitched in surface embroidery and some Brazilian Embroidery techniques to create a vibrant selection of Bottlebrush, Gumnuts and Blossoms, Christmas Bush, Sturt's Desert Pea and Kangaroo Paw.
Stitches Used: Alternating Satin Stitch, Satin Stitch, Brazilian Stem Stitch, French Knots, Bullion Knot and Fly Stitch.
